This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how Onepane Inc. ("Onepane", "we", "us") uses them on onepane.ai (the "Site"), and the choices available to you. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags; for simplicity we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Our approach

The onepane.ai marketing site is intentionally minimal. Our pages themselves do not embed third-party tracking widgets, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. We rely on server logs and aggregate edge-network telemetry from our hosting provider for basic operational monitoring.

3. Cookies we set

• Strictly necessary: short-lived cookies that may be set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and edge-network operation, including DDoS protection. These cannot be switched off and do not store information that identifies you personally.

4. Third-party cookies

When you click an outbound link to a third-party service (for example a meeting-scheduling page on Calendly, a video on YouTube, a profile on LinkedIn or X), that third party may set its own cookies on its own domain. Those cookies are governed by the third party's privacy and cookie policies, not ours. Onepane does not load these third-party scripts in onepane.ai pages.

5. Your choices

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. Because the cookies set on onepane.ai are limited to strictly-necessary security and operational cookies, blocking all cookies should not impair your ability to read the Site.

6. Do Not Track

We honour browser-level Do Not Track signals to the extent that the Site does not perform cross-site tracking in the first place.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
