This Privacy Policy explains how Onepane Inc. ("Onepane", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit onepane.ai or interact with us as a customer, prospect, or partner.

1. Tenant-deployed product model

Onepane is an agentic ITOps platform that deploys inside the customer's own cloud tenant. Customer telemetry (logs, tickets, change events, runbook executions) is processed inside that tenant boundary and is not transmitted to Onepane's infrastructure. This Privacy Policy therefore primarily covers personal data we process about visitors to our website and individuals at customer or prospect organisations who contact us.

2. Data we collect

  • Website usage data: pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device and browser, collected through standard server logs and any analytics described in our Cookie Policy.
  • Contact data: name, work email, company, role, and any information you submit through forms, demo requests, or scheduled meetings.
  • Communication data: emails, calls, and meeting notes when you correspond with our team.
  • Customer account data: for paying customers, billing contact, contracted entity, and limited operational data needed to administer the relationship.

3. How we use personal data

  • Operating and improving the onepane.ai website.
  • Responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing technical and sales support.
  • Sending product, security, and service communications.
  • Sending marketing communications where you have opted in or where permitted by law (you may unsubscribe at any time).
  • Meeting legal, regulatory, contractual, and accounting obligations.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on (a) your consent for optional marketing and non-essential cookies, (b) the performance of a contract with you or your organisation, (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing our website and growing our business, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers acting on our instructions (e.g. hosting on Cloudflare, email delivery, CRM, scheduling tools such as Calendly when you choose to book a meeting).
  • Professional advisers such as auditors and legal counsel under duties of confidence.
  • Authorities where legally required, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Acquirers in the event of a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. Cookies

The onepane.ai website is intentionally minimal: we do not embed third-party tracking widgets in our pages. When you choose to book a meeting, you are linked out to a third-party scheduler whose own cookies will apply on its domain. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.

7. International transfers

Onepane is headquartered in the United States with an office in the UAE. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or another country, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or we determine the contact is no longer relevant.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and regular review of our processors.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. 11. Children

Onepane's website and product are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
