Terms of Service

Effective April 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the onepane.ai website (the "Site") operated by Onepane Inc. ("Onepane", "we", "us"). Use of the Onepane software product is governed separately by the written master agreement, order form, or evaluation agreement signed between Onepane and the customer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed product agreement, the signed agreement controls for product use.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written consent.
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Use the Site or its content to train machine-learning models without our written permission, except where covered by an applicable lawful exception (e.g. permitted text-and-data-mining by qualifying research bodies).

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, code, and content, is owned by Onepane or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Onepane" and the Onepane logo are trademarks of Onepane Inc. No rights are granted to you in the Site or its content except a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view it for personal or internal business evaluation use.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, a meeting-scheduling tool). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

6. Feedback

If you submit suggestions or feedback about the Site or Onepane products, you grant Onepane a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onepane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Onepane's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Onepane and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated "Effective" date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
